2010 RATES
Our cottage is available from May 1 thru October 30. We have taken great care in ensuring it is equipped for maximum enjoyment inside and out. Beds: 1 queen, 1 double, & 4 singles (2 bunk beds).
Rental Rates
Weekly:
- July & August: $1799 per week + $233.87 HST
- All other weeks $999 + $129.87 HST per week
- Weekly runs Saturday at 3 pm to following Saturday at 11am.
- Payment: 50% deposit to secure a booking
- Balance: due 30 days prior to arrival (Plus damage deposit)
- Weekends: (July & August are weekly rentals only)
- $499 + $64.87 HST per weekend
- Long Weekends in May, September & October: $799 + $103.87 HST
- Standard weekend is Friday at 3 pm to Sunday at 4 pm.
- Long weekends are from 3 pm Friday to 4 pm Monday.
- Note: Limited availability as preference is given to weekly rentals.
- Payment: 50% deposit to secure a booking
- Balance: due 30 days prior to arrival (Plus damage deposit)
Damages: You are responsible for any damages. The cottage will be checked before you leave.
Cleaning: The cottage is equipped with standard cleaning supplies. You are expected to leave the premises as you found them (clean). If you require cleaning services during your stay or before you leave contact us to work out a program.

Restrictions:- NO CATS (they only get lost)
- LIMIT 1 DOG (must be kept in control)
- NO SMOKING IN THE COTTAGE
- Small campfires after 6:00 pm if fire ban not in place. Check sign in town before you turn left on Tramway Avenue.
